Aeration

Service Description

Our lawn aeration services are carried out in the spring and/or fall when soil moisture levels are optimal. By completing an aeration at least once a year, you will help to reduce thatch build-up, reduce seasonal soil compaction, stimulate root growth, improve air circulation, and increase water and nutrient infiltration into the soil profile, where it is more readily available for your lawn. Fertilization and over-seeding are strongly recommended with a lawn aeration, as each optimizes the other.
