Over-seeding Over-seeding can help to significantly increase turf density. This, in turn, will help to decrease weed presence, along with increasing your lawn’s recuperative capabilities from possible disease and insect invasion. This service has best results when completed with aeration and top-dressing, and when done in the spring and/or fall when soil moisture levels are optimal. Our seed is 99.9% weed-free, endophyte-enhanced to protect against pests, and hand-picked to fit the environment of your property (shade, part shade, full sun, etc.) to ensure greatest results.
