We will transform your lawn by: - Removing existing lawn areas to improve soil conditions for sod installation - Raking/Grading and removal of any debris (rocks, sticks, branches, garbage, etc.) - Fertilizing the soil to ensure maximum root establishment - Installing fresh topsoil to increase soil health and vigour - Installing fresh Kentucky Bluegrass sod (cut morning of installation) - Applying weed control to eliminate pesky weeds from re-emerging - Communicating appropriate watering needs
